What the platform does today

A parcel changes hands only when the right person shares the right OTP. The store gets a pickup OTP, the customer gets a delivery OTP, and a return has its own OTP.

• Every OTP check is stamped with time and location
• Photo proof is taken at the door

The Field Executive's location is shared from the AL Kangaroo app while a trip is running. Businesses see it on the JewelXpress panel and app; customers get a tracking link.

Shipments are covered up to ₹5 lakh booking value per order under the B2C Insurance Policy, for the cases the policy lists. Claims are raised by email and our team registers them for you.

Field Executives collect the COD amount at the door and the app records it against the order. Collected amounts are settled to the business as agreed in its contract.

Book an order with a packing time. The order is released to Field Executives shortly before the parcel is ready, so nobody waits at the counter and no time is lost.

A business can switch off product names for its orders. The Field Executive then sees only "Parcel" and the COD amount.

Check serviceability, create and cancel orders, and receive status webhooks for every step, including Field Executive assignment and returns.
